Wark Inab

Vine leaves rolled with a delicious mix of rice, chopped tomato, onion, and parsley slow cooked in lemon and oil.

Zaatar pastry

A flavorful pastry filled with zaatar (a blend of herbs and spices), olive oil, and sesame seeds, baked until crispy and served hot.

A spheric shaped Middle Eastern favorite made of Chickpeas, vegetables, herbs and spices, deep fried until golden brown.
